What is point-point link?
If the physical links are limited to a pair of nodes it is said to be point-point link.

Point to point
networks are used to connect one location to one other location. The above
diagram shows two connected multi-user networks (using a Hub or Switch).
Either location (A or B) may be configured as a(without a Hub or Switch).
